About Nicole

My name is Nicole Douget. I’m a proud military Veteran spouse whose home and heart are in Virginia. Hampton Roads holds a special place in my life—I love the coastal lifestyle, rich history, diverse communities, and the strong sense of connection that makes this area such an incredible place to call home.

Family is at the center of everything I do. I’ve been married to my husband for 14 years, and together we’re raising two adventurous children and two dogs. I was raised in a close, supportive family that instilled values of integrity, hard work, and service—principles that guide how I support and advocate for my clients every day.

Before real estate, I spent seven years assisting Veterans as they navigated the VA disability process. That experience strengthened my skills in communication, attention to detail, and advocacy, while deepening my commitment to helping others through important life transitions. I understand that buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, and I take pride in providing clear guidance, trusted support, and a positive experience from start to finish.
