About Megan

My name is Megan Parker and I am a Realtor on the award-winning Ron Sawyer Team at RE/MAX Prime. I am a California native, but Hampton Roads has been home to my family and me for over eighteen years. The beautiful weather, rich culture, and various attractions make Hampton Roads a place anyone would want to raise a family. When I’m not out negotiating homes for my clients, I’m negotiating my own household with my husband and our two active children. Patience, calm under fire, and good communication skills are essential for both. I am also a USA Swimming Official, nature lover, and avid volunteer. Before becoming a Realtor, over twelve years ago, I owned and managed book stores. Service was central to everything I did. That has not changed. I know that selling and buying a home can be stressful for anyone, and people want someone they can rely on. My goal is to take away my clients’ worries and help guide them through a very complex process. I want to make sure that, when it is over, they have a house that they are excited about turning into a home. I know what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless!
